Hello..

My name is Robyn Dowley. I am a family lawyer and family dispute resolution practitioner (mediator) and the sole practitioner running Adelaide Family Separation Services. I have worked in family law for 14 years, and have been a family mediator for the last 5 years.

I choose to do family law differently. I focus on facilitating separated families to resolve their property settlements and parenting arrangements themselves, by providing legal advice and knowledge of the process, assistance with consent orders, or providing mediation to resolve conflicts. I understand that separation, no matter your circumstances, is a period of financial insecurity and lower financial resources, so I keep my fees as low as possible and always provide fixed or capped fee services so you have certainty in relation to your legal fees. Payment plans are also available.

It is important to me to provide my clients with the opportunity to resolve any disputes and finalise their separation with the least amount of conflict possible, so that co-parenting relationships can be kept in tact and the process doesn’t add more stress and grief on top of what you are already going through.
