Can’t afford a lawyer but need help?

We understand that separation causes a significant amount of financial and emotional stress. Many people do not qualify for legal aid and paying private legal fees is simply out of reach. But the family law system can be difficult and complex to navigate by yourself. We offer assistance with self-representation. This can simply be drafting a document you need, providing legal advice as needed throughout the proceedings or offering coaching of what to say and do in a court hearing. This balances the need for assistance and legal advice with keeping your legal costs low. We will not be on the record which means you do not have to pay for us to read and respond to every piece of correspondence, phone call or document in your matter.
