Wills, EPOA and ACD

Having a valid will in place is important to protect your loved ones after you pass away and ensure that your assets go to the people you want them to. We charge low fixed fees for wills and can also assist with packages with Enduring Power of Attorney (legal/financial decisions during your life) and Advance Care Directive (Medical/life decisions) documents.

Wills cost $350 per person and a package with ACD/EPOA is $500, inclusive of the first appointment cost.  We offer additional discounts for couples or families. You can book an initial appointment here.

Probate

We can assist you to navigate the probate process after your loved one has passed away. We do simple probate matters only (valid will, no additional applications/documents required). We charge a sliding scale of fixed fees for probate matters depending on the value of the estate, so you won’t be put to a disproportionate cost for legal fees to finalise the estate.
